Daniela is currently Project Manager with the department of Industrial Structures at the
headquarters of Nestle, managing strategic projects on Nestle's operations worldwide, focusing
on restructuring, capital investments and synergies from potential acquisitions. Her previous
experience with Barents Group, KPMG has been in managing and closing large privatization
transaction in Eastern Europe, most notably in Bulgaria, both on sell-side for governments and
on buy-side for multinational companies (such as Interbrew, Holcim, Glencore, Norsk Hydro).
